1.When I open NEW on the central box what is your recommendation for frequency?
You can set it as 44100 Hz as set by default - your output file will be CD-quality. Actually the higher frequency - the higher the quality and the larger size of your output file. The sampling frequency is essentially the number of times the sound event is quantized within a given time period. Sampling frequencies are specified in KiloHertz (KHz), a term meaning samples per second. For example, "CD-quality" sound requires 16-bit words sampled at 44.1 KHz. Essentially this means 44,100 16-bit words (705,600 bits) are used to digitally describe each second of sound on a compact disc. The highest pitch possible is 22.05 KHz (approximately the top of human hearing range), which is half of 44.1 KHz.

2.How can I measure the sound level on the audio editor before I start recording?
You can set your sound level in Recording Control in Windows Volume Control window. Audio Editor Plus takes volume settings from Windows settings.

3.How would I take a section of my input file and save it to separate file?
To save a part of a song as a separate file:
Step 1 Open your input file in Audio Editor Plus
Step 2 Select the part of your input file you want to save
Step 3 Choose Copy from Edit menu
Step 4 Create a new file
Step 5 Go to Edit menu and select Paste
Step 6 Save the new file.

4.How to saves the active audio file in a different file format?
Click File/Save As to bring up a window, where you can enter a new name ,a new format and/or select a new location.
You can set the output file format and you can also change the output audio file's sample rate, channel and bit rate information by click Settings->Output formats and settings.

5.How to combine several songs into one song?
Open the first audio file, then use the Past From File or Mix From File function to past or mix the other audio files into the original audio file.

6.How to record sound from Microphone, DVD / VCD / CD Player, MP3 Player, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, Web Page, Internet Conversation, Internet News, Internet Radio Station and the others?
Select 'Microphone' as the Record Source to record from Microphone or select 'Stereo Mix' as the Record Source to record any sound from your sound card.

7.How much will I have to pay for the upgrade?
All registered users will get free upgrade, you do not need to pay for the upgrade.

8.I have not received my registration code! Isn't it about time!
