I can not play and convert from/to DivX or XviD video files.
If there are not DivX or XviD codec installed in your computer, you need to download and install the DivX or XviD codec so that you can play and convert from / to DviX or XviD video files.
DviX: http://www.divx.com/divx/ (free version is enough for playing and converting DivX video files)
XviD: http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/
Are Real Media (RM) files supported for converting from and/or converting to?
It is not allowed by Real Networks to decode (convert from) RM video and audio files. That it why this software supports only such files encoding (converting to).
I can not play and convert from QuickTime video files.
Before you install Video Converter Plus, you need to be sure you have installed QuickTime Player or other QuickTime codec in your computer. If you can not convert from QuickTime files, please visit Apple website to download the QuickTime Player ( http://www.apple.com/quicktime/ ) and install it, then reinstall Video Converter Plus and try again. |
